I know I was initially flag for nearsightedness in 7th grade but it was never a problem for me until about a year ago. If the allergist wrote the order to administer for symptoms of an allergic reaction I would consider that all I need. That and of course my school physicians standing order to give an Epi pen. I think we will start seeing Benadryl orders phased out in the next few years anyway. I love your blog! I'd worked in nursing administration and program management, so I was planning on using it as a place holder while I searched for something with far better pay and more lucrative position. But you're right. It's great to have all the time with my kids. If you will be doing lots of case manag...Congrats! If you will be doing lots of case management, I highly recommend getting the case management board certification (CCM). You need 1 year of employment under an existing CCM or two years doing case management not under an existing CCM. It is a great stepping stone to make you even more marketable long-term.
